Booking policies

Deposit

A deposit holds your time: $25 for The Fresh Dub, Interior Only and Exterior Only; $50 for The Full Dub and The Show Dub. It comes off your total. Suds Club visits don't need one.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Reschedule or cancel 24 hours or more ahead and your deposit moves to the new date or is refunded. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows keep the deposit.

Weather

If rain or lightning is in the forecast, we reschedule at no charge and your deposit carries over. Morning appointments are best June through September.

Condition and extras

Prices are for typical condition. Pet hair, sand and neglect are priced as shown when you book. Heavy soil, mold or biohazard (bodily fluids) is quoted from photos first, and we may decline jobs that aren't safe. Nothing is added without your OK.

Payment

The balance is due when the job's done: card, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle or cash.

Water, power and runoff

We use your outdoor water spigot and a standard outlet within about 50 feet of the car, with eco-friendly products, and we keep wash water out of storm drains. No spigot or outlet nearby (most condos and apartments)? Tell us in the notes and we'll work it out. We use eco-friendly products, limit and capture runoff, and keep wash water out of storm drains.

Our promise

Walk the car with us at the end. If something's missed, we fix it before we leave.

Merch: shipping and returns

$6 shipping, free over $50, free if Brandon brings it to your detail, or pick up in St. Pete. Orders ship in 3 to 5 business days. Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 14 days for a refund; text 727-238-5609 or email merch@dubsnsuds.com to start one. Return shipping is on the buyer unless we got your order wrong. Stickers are final sale once applied.

How does this work?

  1. Pick your DubChoose a package and your vehicle size (Car, SUV / Truck or XL). The price you see is the price, with extras shown up front.
  2. Pick a day and arrival windowMonday to Saturday, arriving at 8:00 AM, 11:30 AM or 2:30 PM. You get an arrival window, so you don't wait around all day.
  3. Hold your spotA $25 deposit holds your time ($50 for the bigger packages). It comes off your total, and Suds Club visits don't need one.
  4. Brandon confirms by textYou get a text confirming your time, a reminder the day before, and an "on my way" text when he's headed to you.
  5. We come to youHome or office. We need an outdoor spigot and an outlet near the car. No hookups where you are? Say so in the notes and we'll work it out.
  6. Pay when it's donePay the balance by card from a text link, or cash, Zelle or Cash App. Tips are never expected and always appreciated.
Do I need to be home?

No. As long as we can get to the car (and, for now, a water spigot and an outlet), you can be at work or out. Leave the keys where we agree, or meet us at the start and the end.

How long does it take?

The Fresh Dub is 1.5 to 2 hours. The Full Dub is 3 to 4 hours and The Show Dub 5 to 6, depending on size and condition. You'll see the estimate when you book.

Do you bring water and power?

Not yet. For now we use your outdoor spigot and an outlet within about 50 feet. A self-contained rig is coming; we'll update this the day it's on the road.
